I started adding a dash of milk to the egg mixture recently which I think improves it. But it's definitely salty, not sweet! :)

(However, as a Brit I would absolutely agree with never putting an omelette in a fry-up!)Christie (A Sausage Has Two)http://www.asausagehastwo.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4089076800714229574.post-68298272733200156202014-02-04T17:50:52.670+00:002014-02-04T17:50:52.670+00:00Eggy bread works well with sugar and syrup. Then fry both sides. 1 medium egg does three bread halves (1 & 1/2 slices).LexaPhoenixhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14469159284681013285noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4089076800714229574.post-36999450917604960022013-09-30T19:08:05.743+01:002013-09-30T19:08:05.743+01:00Wow, your omelette sounds delish! I just love breakfasts like these; thank you for sharing!
I also ate beans later on during the day for lunch so today was ultimately a very good day. :)

vegcourtesy.blogspot.comAdriana Robleshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18006367361358243658noreply@blogger.com
