This is a pie for
a lazy cooking day but that doesn't make it any less tasty. This is a
perfect pie for busy weekdays when there isn't much time for cooking.
Ingredients
1 Puff pastry
sheet
1 Packet of feta
cheese
1 Sweet pointed
red pepper
1 Red onion
1 Garlic clove
Pepper
The preparations
are simple. Just slice the pepper, garlic and onion and crush the
feta cheese.
Spread a sheet of
puff pastry on a baking tray. Put the veg and cheese on it in pizza
style. Grind black pepper on the top.
Bake at 180C for
about 20 minutes until pastry is puffy around the edges and golden
brown.
