Welcoming Eat Your Greens recipes for August

Shaheen hosted Eat Your Greens last month and you can read her tasty round up here. Now it's my turn to host again in August and I hope to see plenty of green summer recipes cooked by you. It's hard to believe that it's already August, but so it seems even though it feels like the summer only started yesterday. However so many nice green vegetables are now available and summer cooking is really fun so I can't wait to get busy in the kitchen. I will also have a holiday this month going back home and I'm really excited about that.

Please share your nice recipes with us and be featured in the round up at the end of the month! You can just add your entry to the comments section below. Have a look here for more detailed instructions on how to take part in the challenge.

Have fun cooking with those green veggies!

Your VegHog

    1. Thank you Johanna! There was still time, officially midnight of 28th of each month and you posted your dish before. This is a long month anyway so I have enough time to write my round up. :)

    1. Thank you for reminding, I saw it on twitter, but sometimes it can get confusing who shared what and through which channels. Round up will be up either tomorrow or Wednesday.
