Pepper and mozzarella appetisers

Do you need some vegetarian canapé ideas for your summer parties? Here comes one simple, tasty and nice looking one: Pepper and mozzarella appetisers with basil.


Small red peppers
Mozzarella balls
Fresh basil leaves
Olive oil

Wash the red peppers and place them into an oven dish. Brush them with olive oil and bake at 180C for about 15 minutes until they are soft. Then let them cool down.

Cut the peppers in half. Stuff a mozzarella ball wrapped in a basil leaf into each pepper half and they are already done.

Serve as a cute appetiser or a side salad.
